HOW TO CLEAN THE MACHINE

There are 2 types of cleaning this machine.

Semi cleaning: To clean machine is extremely easy & takes only 10 seconds. Just pour 3 glasses of water at sugarcane inlet & machine is cleaned.

Full cleaning: Open knob (Anticlockwise) below the inlet, open cover, so you can see 3 rollers. Start machine (Reverse) & apply special given brush on rotating rollers & pour some water. Keep hands away. Then stop machine. Close top cover. Thus machine can be fully cleaned. 

TIPS FOR BETTER HYGIENE

• Wash machine if not to be used for some time and before crushing.
• Machine should be washed thoroughly by water at the end of the day or when not to be used.
• Wash the rollers with hard brush to clean it thoroughly.
• Wash sugarcane thoroughly by a brush with running water before crushing.
• Sugarcane life is limited so if your sugarcane is older than 48 hours.
• you must cut both ends for better juice quality
• You can buy betel nut cracker to cut sugarcane into pieces. Both ends of sugarcane stick should be cut and remove.
• Adding lemon to sugarcane juice increases life of juice and also helps in maintaining the natural color of sugarcane juice for longer time.
